TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&C)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the “Une Somme de Senteurs” website, which specializes in the sale of handmade candles, scented melts, and accessories.
2. Products
The products offered are handcrafted items made with care from carefully selected materials, using local and eco-friendly methods.
The photos shown on the website are not contractually binding. Slight variations may occur (color, shape, finish).
3. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Shipping costs are specified at the time of ordering.
Une Somme de Senteurs reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. Ordering
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer will receive an order confirmation via email.
5. Payment

7. Right of Withdrawal

Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
9. Liability
Since candles are flammable products, they must be used in accordance with safety guidelines (never leave unattended, keep out of reach of children, etc.).
Une Somme de Senteurs cannot be held liable for any misuse of the products.
10. Personal Data
The data collected is used solely for the purposes of order processing and customer relationship management.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a matter of priority.
Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
